This delicious salad was served as an entrée at La Forestiere, Monclar de Quercy, though instead of the grapes, Monique used fresh figs, which were equally delicious paired with the soft goat’s cheese. The honey mustard dressing is a personal recipe of mine. Summer fruits make a great substitute in salads. Let me know what fruits you use in your salads in the comments below….
Mignonette, green oak or butterhead lettuce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Olive oil
Arrange all salad ingredients on a dish or bowl.
For dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Dress salad with dressing and serve. 😉
